This group really got down deep on Saturday and sounded great. Their goals were to reduce stress, have fun, and experience the benefits of group drumming. I’d like to hear how everyone felt about the drumming the next day, and if the positive feelings carried over. Meanwhile, I look forward us all playing together again in September!

The drumming looked really interesting – even for a person like me – totally lacking in any musical ability.
